Educational and spiritual activity of Tashkent Islamic University.

Summary. In the article the matter for analysis is the Chronicle «Tarikh-i Islam Geray Khan» in the light of the Muslim tradition of writing. The author focuses on the historical, religious and ethical basis of the literature of Crimean Tatars in the Khanate period. The artistic embodiment of the Islamic consepts through the work by the author is showed. The motives from Quran, quotations of the verses from Quran and Hadith in the text of the Chronicle are looked through. In general, there are such categories of moral in the centre of the Chronicle as truth and justice, generosity, mercy, forgiveness, unity, gratitude, etc.
